Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Daily Pass and Phone Booth – Non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Flex 5 and Flex 10 Passes – Non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Monthly Pass and Locker Memberships & Virtual Office – Can be canceled anytime; payments already processed are non-refundable. Written cancellation notice must be given by the 15th of each month, otherwise membership automatically renews.
Meeting Room Bookings:
• Cancel 30+ days before booking → Full refund (minus 3% processing fees)
• Cancel less than 30 days but more than 48 hours before booking → 50% refund
• Cancel within 48 hours of booking → No refund
