Cancellation and Refund Policy

Daily Pass and Phone Booth – Non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Flex 5 and Flex 10 Passes – Non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Monthly Pass and Locker Memberships & Virtual Office – Can be canceled anytime; payments already processed are non-refundable. Written cancellation notice must be given 14 days in advance of renewal date, otherwise membership automatically renews.

Meeting Room Bookings:
  • Cancel 30+ days before booking → Full refund (minus 3% processing fees)
  • Cancel less than 30 days but more than 48 hours before booking → 50% refund
  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking → No refund

Work Suites

Work Suites operate under separate cancellation and refund terms due to their reserved and limited nature.

• Work Suites require a minimum term commitment.
• Fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by California law.
• Early termination does not relieve payment obligations for the selected minimum term.
• Full Work Suite terms are outlined in the Work Suite Terms & Conditions, Section 5.

Founders Specials Refund & Cancellation Policy
Founders Day Pass: Non-refundable, and if it doesn’t work for your workday:

• We’ll invite you back for a second day on us, or
• You can convert your pass into a guest day for a friend.
• If you decide to join as a Founding Member, your day pass will be applied toward your first month.

Founders 4-Pack: Non-refundable, and unused passes can be converted into guest passes for friends. 

• If you decide to join as a Founding Member, your 4-Pack will be applied toward your first month.

Founders Monthly Membership: 

• Founders Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime. Payments already processed are non-refundable. 
• Your rate is locked for the first 2 months.
