Cancellation and Refund Policy

Day Passes and Multi-Day Passes

Day Passes, Phone Booth reservations, and Multi-Day Passes (2-Day, 5-Day and 10-Day) are non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time once minimum commitment is met.

To avoid renewal, please provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. Memberships automatically renew if notice is received less than 14 days before renewal.

Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Flex Desk Subscriptions
• Dedicated Desk Subscriptions
• Virtual Office Memberships 

Meeting Room Reservations

All reservations must be approved in advance and paid in full prior to the reservation.

Half-day and full-day reservations (4 or more hours) are subject to a non-refundable $50 setup fee. Additional services, including room setup changes, catering coordination, or concierge services, may incur additional charges.

• For all bookings, payment processing fees (approximately 3%) are non-refundable.
• 30 or more days before your reservation: Full refund, less the setup fee (if applicable) and payment processing fees.
• More than 48 hours but fewer than 30 days before your reservation: 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of your reservation or no-show: No refund.

Private Offices

Private Offices are subject to separate terms. Minimum commitment periods apply, except when reserving a Private Office Day Pass. Payments are non-refundable except where required by California law. Early cancellation does not eliminate payment obligations for the agreed minimum term. Complete terms are available in the Private Office Terms & Conditions (Section 5).
